I've used George twice now and will continue to use him on future projects. He is honest and only carries out the work required to your property which has not always been the case with some other companies who have quoted me.

We approached McKnight and multiple other companies with a small damp issue in our bedroom. While other companies dismissed it as ventilation issues, condensation, and told us to adapt to the issue, George was keen to get to the bottom of the problem and provided a solution which we were very happy with in the end. Prompt service, good value, and an all round nice chap to deal with!

George kept in touch prior to his visit to let me know when to expect him. On the day, he arrived when he said he would and carried out a very clean, tidy and professional job. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend to others!

George was very professional, did an excellent job and left the house in a clean and tidy state. I was delighted with all aspects of the job (replacing rotten floor joists and damp plaster) and from his free quote to the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

George did a very thorough study of our property to understand the cause of our damp issue and having then quoted for the work we never felt pressurised to go with him. Great job done and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Really pleased with the work George did. I wasn't even sure if he would travel this far (roughly 50 miles) when I first got in touch with him, but he was great. He arrived when he said he would, and did a fab job. Thank you. 🙂

Just over 2 weeks ago George visited to do some woodworm treatment also replace some floorboards Everything was explained fully, the work carried out in a very professional manner and all rubbish removed, Also thanks for your patience in dealing with the inquisitive cats who wanted to investigate under the floorboards. George has done a terrific job !! My husband & I were worried sick about finding the damp, we used google and found George ( how lucky we were ) George contacted us & travelled 50 miles for us. He arrived when he said and took 2 days, he is a perfectionist !! He put us at ease and is a very honest Reliable man.
