We were called to carry out an annual submersible pump service on a dual waterproofing system that had been installed in the basement of a retail property in the district of Cults in Aberdeen.
Both pumps were checked and tested, along with all the pipework and the sump. A clean up of the system was also carried out. One of the non-return valves was found to be faulty, so a new one was fitted.
