Our client in this instance was one that we had done some work for previously, and was in the process of renovating a couple of rooms to the rear of this detached property on the outskirts of Westhill, Aberdeen.
The client had removed all the majority of the plaster, lath, framework and floorboards as part of their renovation, and our job was to carry out repairs to the decayed timber lintel and floor/ceiling joists. A simple process that was carried out in one day.
