Wet rot treatment carried out at a property in the scenic Scotstown, Banff.

The joist ends in one of the main rooms at the rear were affected. The original floor was uplifted far enough back to allow for the fitting of new, treated joist sections, which were held in place with a series of bolts ‘n’ nuts, washers and connectors. A new floor was then relaid.
