The lower areas of these two gable end rooms were seen to be affected by penetrating damp due to a build up of debris bridging the internal and external walls.

Both rooms were stripped to a reasonable height where moisture levels were clear and cleared of all debris. New treated timber framing was installed along with foil backed plasterboard ready for a skim coat of plaster, and new skirting boards fitted. All electrics were refitted and tested prior to plaster work.
